Booking and Cancellation policy for tours without snowcat skiing or heli skiing

A 10% non refundable deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due 30 days prior arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel

• Prior 30 days before arrival there will be no additional costs other than the 10% non refundable deposit.
• Within 30 and 7 days of arrival date and the balance is paid in full. We will refund 50% of the total cost of the tour booked.
• Within 7 days of arrival date. There is no refund.

We have the right to cancel any tours due to weather or other reasons. In that case a full refund will be paid
